At NutraSential, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In that rare instance, we have outlined our return policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns of products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: Before returning your product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely, ensuring the product remains unopened and in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with a note stating your RMA number.

  • Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
